ELSEWHERE is in live beta (Opens in a new tab)

GAZUM Next era gaming From one seed, infinite worlds.

GAZUM is an AI games company. We build games with AI at the core: worlds generated for every player, characters that answer back, and play that can start in the room you’re in.

00The idea

Games used to be made once, for everyone. Ours are made for each player: from your room, your photos and your choices, AI builds the world you play.

01Games

Five games, built around you.

Each one starts from something real, a photo, your room, a thing on your desk, a moment in history, and AI turns it into play.

A dining nook with white chairs and a wooden table. A seam of gold light tears the photo open onto its Elsewhere: the same nook painted in teal velvet and gold leaf, with a city of lanterns outside the window.

02Technology

Our AI.

We design the systems behind our games: they see a scene, generate a world in a house style, give characters a voice, and keep every player safe. Five of them, running live below.

  1. 01

    A world for every player

One input becomes a whole level. In ELSEWHERE, a single photo becomes a playable world in about 30 seconds: the scene read, six things hidden in it, its other world painted.

Seed 0x0000Every seed grows a different world. Tap to plant another.
  2. 02

    It sees what you see

Vision models read a photo the way a level designer would: the objects, the surfaces, the light, and every place where something could hide.

VISIONA reading corner, as the model sees it.
  3. 03

    One house style, every image

Artists write and tune a house style, and every generated image follows it. One photo, six realms, one hand. These are real ELSEWHERE paintings of the same dining nook.

  4. 04

    Characters that answer back

Characters with a memory and a voice, written by people and played by models. Like the Warden in LOCKED IN: a voice and one slow light, never a face.

WARDEN · LOCKED INA preview of the Warden: the lines are written by us, the light follows its voice.
  5. 05

    Safe by design

In ELSEWHERE, every photo is checked by a moderation model before anything is painted, and again before a level can be shared. Location and other metadata are stripped first. Photos are never sold, the AI provider doesn’t train on them, and players can delete everything at any time.

03Studio

How we work.

GAZUM is an AI games company in Orlando, Florida. We make games that could not exist without AI, and we make them with care.

  1. 01

    AI at the core

Not a feature bolted on. Each game is designed around what models can do that nothing else can: see, generate, answer back.

  2. 02

    Directed by people

Models read and paint; people decide what it means. Writers, artists and designers set the rules, the story and the style the machine follows.

  3. 03

    Craft first

Every frame should look like it belongs in a film, not an app. One house style per game, real light, a real score.

  4. 04

    Your photos are yours

A photo is used to make your level and nothing else. In THRESHOLD, the camera never leaves your phone.
